Scoped projects come back with a fixed number and an end date before work starts. Ongoing support is a monthly figure. We do not bill open-ended hourly rates.
Yes. The agents do the delivery and check each other — Scout tests, Shield reviews security, Forge builds the release — and a person signs off before anything reaches your production systems.
That is a common starting point. We can take a defined piece of work alongside an existing arrangement rather than asking you to switch everything at once.
You do. Deliverables are handed over with the source and the deployment configuration, so nothing you paid for is locked behind us.
