Who we are
An AI-agent consultancy, run as one.
Triton Agency started from an observation about how IT consulting is usually sold: senior rates, junior delivery, and a schedule that slips quietly. We build with a fleet of specialist AI agents instead.
Each agent owns one domain — backend architecture, infrastructure, security, interface, QA — and they work at the same time rather than handing tasks down a chain. Every decision is logged, so the reasoning behind a change is still there months later when someone asks.
Triton Agency, LLC is the parent of Triton Processing, Inc. and sits alongside Triton, Triton Email and CathyBot.
Our mission
Technology capability without the enterprise price tag.
A business should not need a Fortune 500 budget to get competent engineering. Agent delivery is what makes that arithmetic work.
Our vision
Agents and people, on the same project.
The limit on digital transformation should be deciding to start — not the budget, and not whether you can hire the talent.
Why we exist
What usually goes wrong.
Senior rates, junior delivery
You are billed for expertise and get someone learning on your project.
Time-zone latency
Offshore teams turn a one-line question into a day of round trip.
Knowledge walks out
When consultants rotate off, the reasoning behind decisions leaves with them.
Scope creep
The project expands, the invoice follows, and neither change was discussed.
Business hours only
Your operation runs continuously; the team billing you does not.
No audit trail
Ask why something was built that way and the honest answer is nobody wrote it down.
How this differs
What agent delivery actually changes.
Four of these are structural — they follow from how the work is organised, not from a promise about effort.
Parallel by default
Several agents work different parts of the same project at once.
No working day
Progress continues outside business hours because there are no business hours.
Decisions are logged
The trail of what changed and why is written down as work happens, not reconstructed after.
Scoped pricing
A number and an end date before the work starts, so the invoice is not a surprise.
Specialists, not generalists
Nine domains, nine agents, rather than one contractor covering all of it adequately.
Reviewed every pass
The same checks run on every change. Agents still get things wrong; the review is what catches it.
Who we serve
Businesses in transition.
You did not set out to be a software company. The market decided you need to run like one anyway.
